Pull Apart Pizza Bread

I love pizza as much as the next gal. Actually, there’s a good chance that I might love it more. Growing up, it was my favorite food, and quite frankly note much has changed. So when I found this little gem of a recipe, you can be sure that I made it just as soon as I could. Here’s what you need to make pull apart pizza bread:

pull apart pizza bread- such an easy and delicious meal! |

2 cans of pizza dough or biscuits (I used biscuits this time, but will try pizza dough the next time I make it!)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 Tbs. Italian seasoning or parsley flakes

1/3 cup olive oil

8 oz. pepperoni (one package, you can use turkey pepperoni or regular)

1 cup parmesan cheese

Pizza sauce for dipping

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven preheats, cut dough or biscuits and the pepperoni into quarters. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and then add biscuits/dough and pepperoni, mixing well so that each piece is well coated.
  2. Place ingredients into a greased bunt pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. If you do not have a bunt pan, or if you simply prefer to use a 9×13, this works well too. Check that the dough has finished cooking before pulling it out of the oven.
  3. The best way to serve this pull-apart pizza bread is to flip it onto a plate while it is still hot. This way, you avoid having to dig out the bottom half of your serving. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

This pull apart pizza bread is an easy summer meal that everyone will love! Well, everyone who loves pizza that is…       For more delicious recipes from A Little Peace of Home, click here.
