Super Easy Goulash

I haven’t posted any recipes in quite some time, and with fall weather right around the corner, I figured this was the perfect time to share this super easy goulash recipe with you! I discovered it recently after searching for recipes that I could make with elbow macaroni (because, being the pasta lover that I am, I bought six pounds of it when it was on sale at Sam’s Club…). My hubby and I both love it, and its a perfect, warm meal to enjoy during the chilly season that’s coming up.  Like all the other recipes I’ve raved about, this one is simple to make and is full of flavor! I won’t delay any longer; here it is:

Super easy, one pot goulash recipe. Makes for a simple weekday meal! |

Ingredients for Super Easy Goulash:

2 lbs. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves of minced garlic

2 cans of diced tomatoes (15 oz. each, do not drain!)

2 cans of tomato sauce (15 oz. each)

3 cups water

1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

2 tsp. seasoned salt

1 lb. box elbow macaroni


Directions for Super Easy Goulash:
  1. In a large pot, brown ground beef and drain off the grease. Toss in the onions and garlic, and continue cooking until onions are translucent.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to simmer, and cover. Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is done.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
