I haven’t posted any recipes in quite some time, and with fall weather right around the corner, I figured this was the perfect time to share this super easy goulash recipe with you! I discovered it recently after searching for recipes that I could make with elbow macaroni (because, being the pasta lover that I am, I bought six pounds of it when it was on sale at Sam’s Club…). My hubby and I both love it, and its a perfect, warm meal to enjoy during the chilly season that’s coming up. Like all the other recipes I’ve raved about, this one is simple to make and is full of flavor! I won’t delay any longer; here it is:
Ingredients for Super Easy Goulash:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 cans of diced tomatoes (15 oz. each, do not drain!)
2 cans of tomato sauce (15 oz. each)
3 cups water
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. box elbox macaroni
Directions for Super Easy Goulash:
- In a large pot, brown ground beef and drain off the grease. Toss in the onions and garlic, and continue cooking until onions are translucent.
- Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to simmer, and cover. Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is done.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
I told it was super easy! I have to admit, meals that only require one pot are just about my favorite meals! Tell me about your favorite fall meal in the comments, and don’t forget to subscribe!
